Transfer XBOX account info or MTX to PC/POE account?

I assume this is a no go, but I have been playing on XBOX for years and recently transferred to PC, and it really is just a better game on PC. I have many achievements and, more importantly MTX and stashes etc, on XBOX. I would absolutely love to get those MTX/stashes transferred to my PC account, even if it were a permanent one-time transfer. As I said, I assume this is not possible, but please let me know.
